Outstanding and reactive service from Chalet Craft. We have been working with Pete and his team for a number of years for the maintenance and service of several hot tubs, as well as the renewal of these and the installation of some custom builds. L'entreprise Chalet craft a mené notre chantier de rénovation de salle de bain avec efficacité, malgré un contexte difficile (ahh la rénovation, ces murs tordus plein de pierres qui se déchaussent et ces plafonds pourris...). Ils ont été force de proposition et le résultat est magnifique, au delà de nos attentes ! Tout ça en respectant le devis, well done Pete !

We have used Chalet Craft Spas for ten years for our chalet which is rented during the winter season in Meribel. We take out the gold star service annually and Pete Summers comes up to explain the workings of the jacuzzi and heating system to the staff. Should anything go wrong, Pete comes promptly to fix it. He has also rebuilt two bathrooms for us which have turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend his service.

We were recommended Pete from Chalet Craft over 12 years ago and it was a blessing. Pete has completely renovated our bathrooms and kitchen for our chalet in Sainte Foy arranged a wall to be built around the front. Installed 2 hot tubs and maintains the recent one. Any issues we have had electrical or plumbing Pete has been there straight away or arranged for somebody else do be. We cannot thank him or Nat enough. So a big Thank You from the Cooper Family :-)

Pete renovated our bathroom, which had been really badly designed - he totally transformed it. Pete travelled daily from a different valley and always arrived cheerful and on time. He was really understanding when the replacement bathroom got lost in shipping between the UK and France, made suggestions on the design and finish, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. Highly recommended.
